“This was my second tour with Salvadorean Tours and I loved both! This tour gives you a quick glimpse at the Ruta de las flores by exploring five unique towns. Alfredo and the driver, Jorge, made sure it was a memorable experience. We didn't end up going to Ahuachapan like I thought, but Concepcion de Ataco was honestly a good way to cap it off.”

Leave Medellín at 8 a.m. for a private, bilingual day trip to Jardín. Meet coffee growers, follow beans from fruit to roast, taste Colombian coffee, ride a mountain cable car, eat lunch, and stroll Jardín’s lovely square with a guide such as Mario, Fabio, or David.

“We had an amazing day exploring the coffee country and the town of Jardin. The tour was easy, we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel and all the details were arranged for us - we were just along for the ride! The drive is about 3 hours each way, so it makes for a long day, but well worth it to see the beauty of the mountains and explore how coffee is made. We especially loved the town of Jardin, such a special place. We would definitely recommend this trip to friends!”

5.Private Coffee Tour in Jardín Antioquia

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 41 reviews · 5 hours (approx.) · from $187

Spend about five hours exploring Jardín and La Finca La Margarita with a private guide such as Alejandro or Carlos. Pick coffee berries, learn how beans are pulped and dried, roast and grind your own batch, taste seasonal fruit, and return with a 250-gram bag of Kamarija coffee.

“This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Colombia. Alejandro is very friendly and makes the tour very fun and relaxed, inviting questions all the time. He picked us up from our hotel and we spent the day learning about the planting of the coffee seed to how it’s processed. We did some hands on berry picking and saw how it’s pulped, dried and we roasted and ground some beans ourselves to enjoy the perfect cup! He also gave us great recommendations on what to do in the city and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this tour.”
